I had two in-person interactions with Attorney Zachary Aaker at Martin Law. During both meetings, his body language suggested he felt superior, upset, and was unable to allow us to finish our sentences. He appeared unprofessional, with low competency, and displayed an unfriendly demeanor, along with implicit biases. I believe he would benefit from additional training, as his behavior suggests he views being a lawyer as a position of superiority. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a professional, and I am concerned about how he treats the clients he serves and who pay for his services.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience working with Kamyar and Martin Law on our immigration process. We did a marriage Visa and he made it feel easy and seamless in a somewhat complicated situation. We couldn’t have been happier with his service.

I am very surprised that there are almost 5 stars. I don't know if maybe I just didn't have good luck, but I am totally disappointed and frustrated. I came here to this agency because I was guided by the comments and the stars. But it really was a martyrdom. My contract was to become a citizen and for my husband to receive his green card. My case was assigned to the lawyer Kamyar and his assistant, Miss Maria. Unfortunately, I had to be behind them so that the case could move forward. If I didn't go to visit them, my case would go unnoticed. More than anything, my lawyer never showed up on the day of my interview. For my husband's process, his papers were lost and we had to pay. Our lawyer had a terrible attitude, he even yelled at me on the phone while I was pregnant. That's not all. They offered to help me with the process for my father, so that he could obtain his residency. The case has taken a long time because he forgot to send a document certifying that he was my father.
